This interactive workshop will focus on a structural approach to goal setting. Using the science of Structural Tension, participants will utilize a proven tool to create new possibilities. This ‘advancing’ mechanism is focused on bringing something into existence. Typical goal setting exercises fall into dangerous ‘problem solving patterns’. Participants will learn how to identify limiting patterns of growth, and utilize new tools back in their workplace and at home. Everyone will have an opportunity to practice this technique and set their own goals.
